Drew Early
Drew N. Early was born in Harrisonburg Virginia. He attended the U.S. Military Academy, West Point NY, graduating in 1979. He served in United States Army, with XVIII ABN Corps, Second Infantry Division, Tenth Mountain Division, and Third Army. He graduated, with honors, from U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and attended the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies obtaining an advanced degree in Strategic Planning. Multiple planning assignments in the Army followed. He was involved in multiple deployments, including Haiti and several to the Middle East – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, and the United Arab Emirates.
Following military retirement Drew attended law school, graduating cum laude from Georgia State University. His focus is on elder law and veteran’s assistance.
Drew is admitted to the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for State of Georgia, the U.S. Middle District of Georgia, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims He is accredited to practice before the VA and is serving on DeKalb County Probate Court Court-Appointed list. Drew is published in the Elder Law Journal, Volume 18, Number 1, 2010 as well as Proceedings, US Naval Institute, November 1997. He has received the 2010 Marshall-Tuttle Award from State Bar of Georgia for “outstanding lawyer for service to military and veterans,” as well as numerous U.S. and foreign military awards and decorations.
