Tuscan Fairfield
Tuscan A. Fairfield was raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and received his bachelor’s degree in advertising and strategic communication from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. As an undergrad, Tuscan competed with the university’s National Student Advertising Competition team as a copywriter and presenter. He moved to Atlanta in 2020 to attend Georgia State University College of Law.
While in law school, Tuscan competed with the Georgia State Moot Court team in two competitions as a competitor and a third as a coach. He also served as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course during his second and third year, and he wrote for the Georgia State Law Review, publishing an article on federal law surrounding the division of military pensions in divorce. Tuscan practices family law and criminal defense.
Outside the office, Tuscan enjoys rock climbing, golfing, and other outdoor activity. Most evenings, he can be found walking with his yellow lab, Apollo, in the Tucker area.
